Moderate Risk Deleading Class

This class is for property owners and their agents who would like to become authorized to perform moderate-risk deleading.  The training is designed to give owners and agents an understanding of the Lead Law and its requirements.  Participants will be prepared to take a written exam, administered by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program.  Upon completion of the class and successfully completing the exam you will become authorized to perform moderate risk deleading.

This class will be a one day class held from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Harvard Environmental Services office at 524 High St (Rte 109), Westwood, MA.   If you are interested in attending a class, please call us to register at 781-329-0404.

EPA RRP Lead Course (repair, renovation and painting) Certification Course

This course was developed by the U.S. EPA, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to train renovation, repair, and painting contractors how to work safely in housing with lead-based paint and comply with EPA’s Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule, and HUD’s Lead Safe Housing Rule.
